When the usual pack of political pundits on the wee handful of network news channels throw long looks of utter despair at Hillary’s less-than-hasty desire to ‘officially’ enter the 2008 presidential race … you have to throw the Senator from New York a begrudging wink and a nod, as much as that would kill me!

Contrary to the silly commentary by Dick Morris that Hillary is stuck in a 2000 election time-warp and that ‘election thinking has changed’ [faster, earlier, now now now!] … perhaps Hillary has a better, more subtle strategy? Let the other candidates endure the early flames of criticism and double-guessing whilst she sits back and enjoys.

Now that Senator Barack Hussein Obama has stuck his timid little toe into the political pool, of reporter bile and blogger spite, the gloves are off and look how quickly the press has turned on the golden boy … the poor chap!

Fox News Fox and Friends morning show’s ‘Question of the Day’ – how important is it to voters than Obama was educated in a Muslim Madrassa in a war-torn Jakarta, Indonesia in the 1960’s.

Drug abuse claims (smoking marijuana and snorting cocaine) supported by Obama’s own admissions in his book ‘In Dreams from My Father‘.

Is it possible that Obama ‘campaign‘ has already stalled in a race that has started historically early? An exploratory committee announced on a Tuesday and in panic-mode on a Friday?

I’m exaggerating about the panic mode but what a wonderful way for the weekend to start for Senator Hillary Rodham-Clinton! The weekend’s political feast will be roasted Barack.
